If you are looking for great sport fishing, look no further than the Black Canyon and Lake Mohave. Largemouth bass, striped bass (stripers), rainbow trout, channel catfish, crappie and bluegill are found in abundance.

With a boat rental from the Willow Beach marina, you can enjoy the day fishing and exploring the Black Canyon.

The well-stocked Willow Beach Marina convenience store has all your fishing needs, including a wide range of fishing tackle and bait and Arizona fishing licenses. The friendly and knowledgeable staff at Willow Beach are always willing to share fishing tips and offer advice.

Motorized Vessel Use Restrictions
Willow Beach to Hoover Dam

The canyon from Willow Beach to Hoover Dam is managed as a primitive zone where visitors can experience a variety of recreational opportunities in a natural setting.

• Year-round: Sundays & Mondays
  PWCs and vessels with motors are prohibited.
• Memorial Day - Labor Day: Tuesdays - Saturdays:
  There are no horsepower restrictions. PWCs are allowed.
• Labor Day - Memorial Day: Tuesdays - Saturdays:
  PWCs are prohibited. Only boats with with 65-horsepower engines or less are permitted.

Houseboating, waterskiing, and wakeboarding are prohibited for safety reasons because of the narrow canyon environment.

All rentals subject to weather conditions. 2 hour minimum on all rentals. Prices do not include fuel, oil or sales tax. Renters must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid automobile driver's license. Optional Damage Waiver is available for $10.00 per day. Rates are subject to National Park Service approval and may change without notice.
